In limiting the amount of clients we touch, we can give them more, and we were able to do this by cutting excessive overhead and functioning as a boutique. We've always had a deep seated interest in every facet of real estate, but found we disliked certain paper pusher tendencies of those within the competitive set of brokers . The issue was that in order for them to reach their targeted income, they needed to work on many projects and listings while not realizing they were watering down the quality of their work.
The foundation of this company is built on exactly the opposite. Work with a select number of hand picked clients with whom their is a mutually beneficial relationship. Think in house brokerage without having anyone on payroll. This high level of service shines above all else, and the goal is to create lasting relationships built on trust for years to come.
