Barroco Arepa Bar + Concert Cafe will open in Crocker Park in Westlake this summer.
Owned by Juan and Carlos Vergara, Barroco - which also has locations on Madison Avenue in Lakewood and Larchmere Boulevard in Cleveland - focuses on Columbian cuisine.
Barroco will be located in the space formerly occupied by 87 West wine bar, between Dick's Sporting Goods and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
